Terms and Conditions – TiffinBlox

Effective Date: 21‑02‑2026 · Last Updated: 21‑02‑2026

Welcome to TiffinBlox. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TiffinBlox mobile applications (customer app and kitchen/vendor app), website, and related services ("Platform") operated by Incanto Technologies LLP ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") in India.

By registering, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Platform. By using TiffinBlox, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide (including phone number, address, and payment details) is accurate and current.

Use of the Platform is subject to applicable Indian laws. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Nature of the Platform

TiffinBlox is a technology platform that connects Customers with Vendors (home chefs and cloud kitchens) for ordering home-style, hygienic tiffin and food. We facilitate discovery, ordering, and payment; we do not cook, prepare, or deliver the food ourselves.

4. Account Registration and Security

To place orders (Customers) or to list and fulfil orders (Vendors), you must register and maintain an account. You agree to provide true, complete, and updated information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We may use your mobile number for OTP-based authentication and for order-related and service-related communications. By using the Platform, you consent to such communications.

5. Orders, Payment, and Cancellation

Placing orders

When you place an Order, you make an offer to the Vendor. The Order is confirmed when the Vendor accepts it (or when the Platform indicates confirmation as per the then-current flow). Prices displayed are as set by the Vendor and may include taxes where applicable. We may charge a platform or service fee as displayed at the time of checkout.

Payment

Payment is processed through integrated payment gateways (e.g. Cashfree). You agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout, including food cost, delivery charges (if any), taxes, and fees. Refunds and cancellations are subject to our refund policy and the policies of the Vendor and payment partner.

Cancellation

Cancellation of an Order may be permitted within a specified time window. Once the Vendor has accepted or started preparation, cancellation may not be available or may attract charges as per the then-current policy. We and the Vendor reserve the right to cancel orders in case of unavailability, errors, or suspected fraud.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or harmful conduct.

7. Intellectual Property

The TiffinBlox name, logo, design, and the Platform (including software, layout, and content owned by us) are owned by Incanto Technologies LLP or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or use our branding or proprietary materials without our prior written consent. Vendors retain ownership of their own menus, images, and brand; by listing on the Platform they grant us a licence to use and display that content for operating the service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Food quality, safety, and delivery are the responsibility of the Vendor and the delivery arrangement between Vendor and Customer, as stated above.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Incanto Technologies LLP and its officers, partners, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising from your use of the Platform or any Order, food, or delivery, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in connection with the relevant Order(s) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one thousand Indian Rupees (₹1,000), whichever is lower. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases our liability will be limited to the maximum permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Incanto Technologies LLP and its affiliates, officers, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or any dispute between you and a Vendor or another User.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will remain in effect.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on the Platform or website and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
